• You are a game-maker, storyteller, observer and encourager

• You have a deep understanding of progressive, inquiry based education

• You are a creative curriculum designer ready to create engaging multidisciplinary projects that ignite curiosity 

• You are tender-hearted and tough-minded

• You are an excellent communicator

• You actively listen and ask probing questions

• You have a strong sense of empathy by putting yourself in the shoes of students, and parents and communicate in a way that values their lived experience

• A formal training in the Montessori Approach is a plus
